A senior insurance executive with 20+ years experience in broking and underwriting Commercial Specialty Lines.

Focused on building highly engaged, inclusive and diverse teams that deliver operational excellence and profitability.

Stefania has led teams through turnaround and growth across her career in the London Market.

David Reeves

Chairman of the Board

A highly respected and experienced London Market insurance leader, who has led and transformed businesses at large global corporates and startups in the past.

David has consistently delivered profitability as an underwriter, a CEO of a Lloyd’s syndicate and founder of both an MGA incubator platform and then a Lloyd’s Managing Agent.

Ashley Hirst

Non-Executive Director

Ashley is a strategic leader with experience across underwriting, operations and technology in P&C and L&H. With a background in consulting and data science, Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge and solutions to the Helyx Group.

Ed McGough

Group CTO

An innovative and proactive CTO, Ed has built his expertise in technology applied to the insurance sector through working at large global corporates and start ups alike.

Ed is a well-established leader in the Tech industry and is able to deliver effective solutions to the benefit of customers and end users.

Vikki Williams

Head of Operations

Vikki has over 20 years of experience in the insurance market, for the most part managing and implementing complex projects in IT and Operations. Her roles over the last 10 years have focused more on startup ventures and integrations/ migrations, ensuring that operational controls resilience and business as usual processes were delivered. Vikki is a specialist in agile process improvements and Operational Resilience.
